Mert Sak, born in Mersin / Akdeniz, İstanbul-based 3D Artist and Motion Graphics Designer, who has worked on commercials, projection mapping shows and various scenic design projects. He has 4 years of experience working professionally by himself as a freelance designer or as a part of design studios. He studied television programming and mixed media. His first step into 3D was studying and develop fluency in filmmaking crafts with hands on education in directing, documentary, production, art direction, cinematography, editing and post-production. He has always been attracted to various stages of production within all fields of photography and video. He also work as independent filmmaker and video artist. He made several documentaries and was involved in art shows. He has been focusing on 3D art and environment design for the past few years. While he is still pursuing that, he has also expanded his focus on different areas such as new media and independent artistic, narrative, interactive explorations.
